Name, address, and contact information of the exporter.
Consignee Details
Information about the recipient of the goods, including name and address.
Description of Goods

Details about how the goods are being transported, including the mode of transport and route.
Purpose of the export declaration
The main purpose of an export declaration is to ensure that goods exported from a country are properly documented and comply with applicable laws and regulations. The procedure enables the authorities to collect customs duties and taxes correctly.

Declaration
● After the consignor of the export goods prepares the export goods on time, according to the provisions of the export contract, he shall go through the procedures of chartering and booking ships with the transportation company, prepare to go through the customs declaration procedures with the customs, or entrust a professional (agent) customs declaration company to go through the customs declaration procedures.
● Enterprises that need to entrust professional or agent customs declaration companies to go through the declaration procedures with the customs should go through the entrusted customs declaration procedures with professional customs declaration companies or agent customs declaration companies near the export port before the goods are exported. The professional customs declaration companies or agent customs declaration companies that accept the entrustment shall collect the formal customs declaration entrustment letter from the entrusting unit, and the customs declaration entrustment letter shall be based on the format required by the customs.
● Preparing the documents for customs declaration is the basis for ensuring the smooth customs clearance of export goods. Under normal circumstances, the documents that should be prepared for customs declaration include: consignment note (i.e. cargo paper), an invoice, a trade contract, export exchange verification form and various certificates related to customs supervision conditions in addition to the export goods declaration form.
Issues to be noted in declaration
The customs declaration time limit refers to the time limit for the consignor or its agent to declare to the customs after the goods are transported to the port. The customs declaration time limit for export goods is 24 hours before loading. Goods that do not need to be taxed or inspected shall complete customs clearance procedures within 1 day from the date of acceptance of declaration.
Inspection
Inspection refers to a supervision method in which the customs conducts actual inspection of export goods based on the declaration of the customs declaration unit and the declaration unit that has been reviewed by the customs declaration unit to determine whether the content declared in the customs declaration documents is consistent with the actual imported and exported goods.
● By checking the actual goods and customs declaration documents, it is verified whether the content declared in the declaration link is consistent with the verified documents and goods. Through actual inspection, it is found whether there are any problems such as concealment, false reporting and false declaration that cannot be found in the declaration and review link.
● Through inspection, the doubts raised in the declaration and review link can be verified, providing a reliable supervision basis for taxation, statistics and subsequent management. After the customs inspects the goods, a record of inspection must be filled out. Inspection records generally include the inspection time, location, name of the consignor or consignee of the imported or exported goods or their agents, the declared goods, the transportation packaging of the goods (such as the name of the transport vehicle, container number, size and seal number), the name, specifications and models of the goods, etc. For goods that need to be inspected, an inspection notice will be issued within 1 day from the acceptance of the declaration, and the inspection will be completed within 1 day from the date of meeting the customs inspection conditions. Except for taxes to be paid, customs clearance procedures will be completed within 4 hours from the completion of the inspection.
Taxation
According to the relevant provisions of the Customs Law, import and export goods shall be subject to customs duties unless otherwise stipulated by the state. Customs duties are levied by the customs in accordance with the customs import and export tariffs. For goods that need to be taxed, a tax bill will be issued within 1 day from the acceptance of the declaration, and customs clearance procedures will be completed within 2 hours of paying the tax bill.
Release
● For general export goods, after the consignor or its agent truthfully declares to the customs and pays the taxes and relevant fees payable in full, the customs will stamp the "customs release stamp" on the export bill of lading, and the consignor of the export goods can ship and ship out of the country.
● Customs clearance of export goods: The consignor of goods applying for customs clearance shall declare customs clearance to the customs within three days from the date of customs clearance, and the goods can be shipped out of the customs supervision area only after approval by the customs.
● Issuance of export tax refund declaration form: After customs clearance, the light yellow special decla ration form for export tax refund shall be stamped with the "verification stamp" and the signature of the person in charge of export tax refund review by the customs who has been filed with the tax authorities, and returned to the customs declaration unit.
Thorough Documentation: Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate before submitting the export declaration.
Use of Automated Systems: Employ automated data entry systems where possible to reduce errors and streamline the submission process.
Regular Training: Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure staff are trained on the latest export declaration procedures and requirements.

● Domestic customers and foreign companies sign export contracts to determine the domestic exports of goods to foreign countries. (At this time, domestic exporters should know what kind of export supervision documents are needed for exporting such goods, such as export licenses, commodity inspections, quota certificates, etc.)
● The domestic exporter contacts the transportation company (or the foreign company to contact the transportation company under FOB terms). Usually, the exporter will provide one-stop service through the freight forwarding (or directly to the shipping company) (from the place of origin to all the transportation at the ship’s side) process).
● The freight forwarder is responsible for arranging the procedures for trucking, booking the space, customs declaration and loading the shipment according to the requirements of the exporter (the country of the goods, Gross weight, the volume, etc.).
● When the goods are arranged for trucking (or at the same time of transportation), the exporter needs to provide the customs declaration materials necessary for export declaration (foreign exchange verification form, export contract, invoice, packing list, customs declaration, and according to the goods National customs supervision of export required certificates: such as permits, etc.).
● When the goods are transported by trailer to the designated export port (the export port is determined according to the shipping company and the name of the ship at the time of booking), when the container enters the gate of the terminal yard, it is officially supervised by the port customs. The yard must be approved by the customs to continue operation.
● When the container enters the terminal yard, the terminal computer will record the arrival time, container number, seal number, and yard location of the container, and will be monitored by the customs computer through the computer network with the customs. At this point, you can officially declare the export to the customs. Also heavy cabinets at the dock – manifest declaration – customs declaration – customs review – nuclear price, inspection (probability incident) – customs clearance.
