The amount and method of loading the container cargo can be divided into two types: whole box and illustration.
International container cargo packing and transfer method
(1) FullContaineload (FCL). It refers to a container consigning the box as the unit as a unit after the cargo is filled with the whole box. This situation is usually adopted when the owner has enough supply to load one or several boxes. Except for some large cargo owners who have the container by themselves, they usually rent a certain container to the carrier or container rental company. After the empty box was transported to the factory or warehouse, under the supervision of the customs personnel, the owner put the cargo into the box, the lock, and the aluminum seal and passed the transporter and obtained the receipt of the station.
(2) LessthanContaineload, LCL). It means that after the carrier (or agent) accepts the number of small tickets that the cargo owner is shipped, it is classified and organized according to the nature of the cargo and destination. The goods to the same destination are concentrated into a certain amount of assembly into the box. Because the cargo of different cargo owners in a box is assembled, it is called a illustration. This situation is used when the number of cargo owners checks in the whole box. The classification, collation, concentration, boxing (box removal), delivery, etc. of illustrations are carried out at the carrier ship cargo station or inland container transshipment station at the carrier's dock container.
